To all my friends who support me in the struggle of this anti death penalty? I want you all to know that its not enough words in any language to express the compassion, gratitude and love I feel in my heart for you all. To know that there are people out there in the world who care about me and don’t want to see me perish is truly heat felt. I know a lot of you are interested and also be wanting to know what’s going on with me in the courts with my appeals.
But to be honest I DONT KNOW, whats going on with my case in the courts with my appeals.
I must have the worst and most incompetent lawyer in U.S appeals history, and his name is KURT WENTZ this guy wont come visit me, ive only seen him 3 times in seven years! He never keeps me posted or up dated with what is going on with in my case! He wont even respond to None of my letters that I write him, so I’m truly frustrated hopeless and helpless, I cant even try to study my case or file motions on my behalf because Mr Wentz wont send me a copy of my transcripts, and I don't have to money to order the transcripts from the courts!

I know a lot of you all are true compassionate people at heart, so it's only in your nature to care and have compassion for human beings who are being mistreated and opposed! But a lot of you don't truly know about or understand the struggle of prison life or the “ANTI DEATH PENALTY MOVEMENT”!
Prison life is harsh and cruel and the living conditions are unjust and inhumane! Then me being in my situation on Death Row and in a cell 22 hours a day is mental torture. Then on top of all that I'm Dealing with depression, abandonment and loneliness, due to my family and friends have abandoned me and left me for dead!

I'm just checking in with my friends, followers, and supporters who checks in on my site to see what's new happening with Elijah!
I truly do appreciate the love, support, and gratitude you all continue to bestow on me!
Well it's another month done passed I'm still frustrated, hopeless and helpless, I've tried contacting my incompetent attorney Mr Kurt Wentz! But as usual I have not got a response back from him yet! I wont give up on my end I'm going to continue to send Mr Wentz letters even if he does not answer back, I'm also making copies so I'l have proof if he ever tries to state I never wrote him!
But what I am working on now is trying to get Mr Wentz off my Habeas corpus writ! So what I need from my friends, followers and supporters I really need your help! I need for you all to either write, call, or email the State Bar of Texas and make a complaint against Mr Wentz on my behalf!
